How long does delivery take?
We dispatch your order within 24 h. Delivery to Spain, the EU and the UK usually takes 5–7 business days, fully tracked.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order to Spain, the EU and the UK, with no minimum spend. Rest of the world: €12.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves, and you can check it any time from Track your order.
What is your return window?
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return, on top of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Items must be unworn, with their tags on and in their original packaging.
Who pays for the return?
If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping is on you. If your order arrives faulty, wrong or never arrives, it is on us: replacement or full refund, and we will not ask you to ship anything back.
How do I start a return?
Email support@gradazone.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm it — we cannot process unauthorised returns.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, all major credit and debit cards, and Klarna in 3 interest-free payments.
What sizes do you have?
The bags are one size, with an adjustable, detachable strap that works crossbody or over the shoulder. The football shirts use European sizing and every product page has its own size guide.
